Welcome to Byrd's Pub and Grill!

The concept was simple.  Create a pub and grill for Fitchburg that has a little bit of everything on the menu, and a whole lotta fun for everyone who walks through the door.  The result was Byrd’s Pub and Grill - Fitchburg’s friendliest gathering spot.

From the acoustic guitars and games of Texas Hold’em Poker to the tasty treats on the menu, you’ll have a Byrd’s eye view of it all.   We pledge to deliver a good time, night after night. 

And we won’t rest on its laurels – or our barstools – until we’ve succeeded.  Even though the fun has already begun, we will be relentless in our ongoing pursuit of a dang good time.
